Website use and initial reviews

Use our website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, impersonate others or submit malicious or confidential third-party materials.

An initial digital review is an assessment, not a paid engagement or promise of a particular deliverable or business result. A contact request does not enroll you in marketing messages. Demo and Example work is illustrative, not a customer testimonial or evidence of results.

Purchased services and your order

The accepted order identifies the customer business, selected services, price, included items and any agreed timing. An order may be presented in Stripe Checkout or another written format. These Terms govern the service; specific commercial details expressly approved in your order control over general descriptions here. Public starting prices do not change an accepted order.

By accepting an order and these Terms, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the identified customer business and authorize the stated recurring payments. We retain the accepted order and Terms version. A later website update does not silently change your accepted price, transfer your assets or authorize additional services.

LeadFlow provides the approved hosted website and management scope with reasonable care. Routine website care is not unlimited development, around-the-clock support or a guarantee against all outages or security incidents. New pages, major redesigns, advertising and other additional services require separate scope and price approval. Customer supplies accurate business facts and authorized content and approves material website changes.

Founding Pilot and recurring billing

An accepted LeadFlow Founding Pilot order is $30 per month, month-to-month, until canceled. It includes the approved hosted website and managed-service scope, one normal .com domain and one Google Workspace Business Starter mailbox. LeadFlow pays those included provider costs while the pilot service is active; the assets remain customer-owned. Premium domains, additional users and other paid services are not included unless expressly approved.

Production Activation Date is when the approved website is activated on the live customer domain. Billing does not begin during preview or setup. For the initially launched Brooker pilots, Stripe Billing Start Date is the date the customer completes the approved Checkout and the first $30 payment succeeds, with no backdating or proration. That successful first-payment date is the monthly billing anniversary, separate from Production Activation Date.

For future customers, the accepted order states the billing start and any launch-aligned authorization. Preparing a payment method before launch does not authorize a charge before the approved activation condition. Monthly charges recur in advance on the billing anniversary; when that date is absent from a shorter month, the renewal uses its last day. Any applicable tax or additional authorized amount must be disclosed before payment; we do not add an undisclosed charge.

Cancellation, refunds and payment problems

You may cancel at any time using the available Stripe billing portal or by emailing eric@leadflowwebstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops subsequent renewal charges. There is no cancellation fee. We confirm the effective date. Canceling a service does not transfer ownership of your business assets to LeadFlow.

There is no automatic prorated refund for a partially used billing period. LeadFlow may issue discretionary refunds or credits where appropriate. This does not restrict correction of billing errors, remedies for our material failure to provide agreed service, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A failed payment does not itself authorize immediate deletion of your website or business assets. We notify you of the problem and seek a reasonable resolution before suspending ordinary service. Security threats or unlawful use may require a prompt protective restriction with notice where practical. Provider expenses and service continuity after cancellation must be arranged during offboarding; included domain and mailbox payments do not continue indefinitely.

Customer assets and authorized management

Your customer-specific business assets remain with or for your business: your domain, Workspace tenant and business identity, Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics assets, and your supplied content, marks and materials. LeadFlow payment, registration assistance or management access does not make them LeadFlow property. Provider ownership and transfer procedures still apply.

You authorize the access reasonably required for the selected services, using separate administrative or manager permissions where supported. You retain appropriate ownership and recovery control. You personally complete permanent password, MFA, recovery, identity or business verification and provider terms when required. LeadFlow does not retain your permanent password after handoff.

We remove or transfer management access appropriately during offboarding and cooperate with supported asset handoff. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, supplied materials and use of the accounts. We do not publish fabricated reviews, projects, locations or results.

LeadFlow intellectual property and hosted service

LeadFlow retains its reusable generator, platform, templates, software, components, automation, workflows, internal tooling and know-how. The subscription supplies a hosted website and service; it does not sell or promise transfer of LeadFlow proprietary generator, platform or source code when canceled. Your supplied content and business assets remain yours.

At cancellation we coordinate return or handoff of customer-provided content and access to customer-owned business assets. Delivery of a standalone website codebase, reusable templates or an independent hosting package is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Third-party and stock materials remain subject to their licenses; AI-generated material is not a promise of exclusive copyright.

Third-party providers, Google and additional services

Domains, hosting, Workspace, Google Business Profile, search engines, analytics, payment processors, advertising platforms and other providers have their own terms, eligibility decisions, availability and charges. LeadFlow configures agreed connections but cannot guarantee provider approval, recovery, verification, uninterrupted service or completion on a fixed date. Google chooses the verification methods it offers; genuine owner actions may be necessary.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, advertising returns or business growth. Provider rules, competition, demand and your operations affect outcomes. A Business Profile is a Google service; any LeadFlow management fee is for our work, not a Google charge for a free profile.

Advertising budget is separate from LeadFlow setup or management fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Additional provider subscriptions, extra domains or mailboxes and other services require an expressly approved order. Your included pilot domain and mailbox are not separately invoiced to you.

Termination and offboarding

At termination, we confirm the service end date and coordinate customer-asset access, domain/DNS information and Workspace or other provider billing continuity. Keep a valid payment arrangement with providers if you wish to continue those services independently. We do not withhold your customer-owned accounts or supplied materials merely because you cancel.

The hosted website ordinarily ends at the paid-period end unless another arrangement is agreed. Contact us before that date to coordinate a replacement provider or any separately scoped website migration. Custom migration, redevelopment or proprietary code delivery is not included. We retain only records reasonably needed for service reconciliation, security, legal obligations and dispute handling, subject to our Privacy Policy and provider retention.

Privacy, communications and accessibility

Our Privacy Policy explains LeadFlow data handling. Our Messaging Terms distinguish LeadFlow Field Intake from native calls and texts sent directly to a customer business. Terms acceptance is not marketing-email or SMS enrollment. Do not submit payment-card credentials or sensitive financial information in website messages or texts.

Our accessibility approach uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design reference, not independent certification or perfect conformance. Tell us about an access barrier at eric@leadflowwebstudio.com so we can work toward a practical solution. Third-party services may behave differently.

Changes and contact

We preserve accepted Terms versions for later reference. Material service or pricing changes require advance notice and any consent required by the existing order or applicable law; posting a new version alone is not authorization for a new charge. You may decline a proposed change and cancel under the cancellation rules.

These Terms do not exclude rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about services, cancellation, asset access or these Terms: Eric Boston, LeadFlow Web Studio, eric@leadflowwebstudio.com.
